Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Must-Haves:

• Over 3 years in mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Expertise in reading and working with mechanical diagrams and lists.
• Skillful use of both hand and power tools, including drill presses and torque wrenches.
• A sound understanding of mechanical details and a meticulous eye for quality.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate into a team or work independently.
• Completion of a high school education or equivalent.

Bonus Skills:

• Background in creating automated or conveyor-based machinery.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, motions, and servo technologies.
• Previous work in packaging or food processing machinery assembly.
• Forklift or crane operation experience advantageous.
