Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered sales agents to identify, engage, and nurture leads across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, text, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to define ICP criteria and tailor outreach strategies.
• Monitor AI-driven campaigns, optimize engagement sequences, and ensure consistent lead follow-up.
• Analyze outreach performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage CRM entries to maintain clean and accurate data for prospects and opportunities.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and sales automation trends to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 1 3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (tech/SaaS preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and optimize strategies.
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven sales automation and willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with omni-channel sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo).
• Understanding of B2B SaaS, lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.), and pipeline management.
• Background in working with AI/ML-driven sales products.
